Definitely not going here again, the food here is over salted and the cheese is powdered cheese, doesn't feel like authentic Asian food, and they put food in To go boxes when I said to here. The noodles taste like cheap ramen and chicken is dry.

Yessica was so nice and professional and she made ordering easy. I dont usually eat at the food court because it can be chaotic during lunch break. But she made it very pleasant.

Yessica and Ana were very patient and helpful in ordering. I got the Corral Chicken Yaki Udon noodles, edamame and pork dumplings. The wait time was very low, it came out in 10 minutes. The service was 9/10, the presentation, 9/10. Corral Chicken: 8/10, super crispy and yummy, i think a little more flavor would bring it up to a 10. Yaki Udon: 7/10, yummy texture and good flavor but i wish the taste stayed in your mouth for longer. Pork Gyoza: 8/10, great flavor, not the best ive ever had. Edamame: 6/10, a bit too soft and too salty. Overall, everything had a pretty good flavor and it was a good experience. I think this place would be more memorable with a bit more complex of flavors. I would go back and try new things to see how they compare!

Probably the worst ramen I've had in Miami. The broth was basically water - no depth, no richness, no complexity. There was absolutely nothing that resembled real ramen flavor. It honestly tasted closer to bland chicken noodle soup than anything worthy of the name "ramen." The "Pad Thai" was just as bad. Completely lacking flavor — like someone added two drops of pad thai sauce and then drowned the dish in oil to make sure any remaining taste disappeared. No balance, no punch, no authenticity. To top it all off, we spent around $40 for the two dishes, which makes this even harder to justify. Ironically, the only thing that worked well was their POS ordering system with the touchscreen kiosks. Sleek, efficient... and very corporate-feeling - unfortunately more impressive than the food itself. Save your money and your appetite. This place misses the mark on every level that actually matters.

I order ramen regularly, and recently the broth has become very clear, not as rich as before, but rather watery. The bowls have also become smaller and softer, and the soup cup is even softer and thinner, so hot I can't even lift it to pour it into my bowl. I hope they don't disappoint customers by cutting costs. I used to like it, but today I'm quite disappointed. ————————- Renew after few weeks The thick soup-cup and soup and big hard paper bowl all came back, hope can keep those quality, customers would always back.:) The soup some day still too clear, the quality not stable
